I do not know if this is in Advanced Milling it is in Free Form Machining.

Try:

Process
Options
Thread Mill (hopefully it is listed)

I may be mistaken I thought that the only difference between FFM and Adv. 
Milling are the surface tools.

I use to use:

Create
Curves
Helix
then lead in or out depending upon what I wanted.

I also found it necessary to create a thread milling tool in CTG, one that is 
a true representation of the cutter whether it is single point or multi tooth.

A good source for drawing a thread milling tool can come from:
(I have used this company for porting tools for over 20 years.)
