Grant,
I created some standard 12 pitch threads for you to
review. I save them as individual files and merge them
into my programs when needed. Save the 1-1/16"-12
as 1062_12, 1-3/16"-12 as 1188_12 etc., etc. so you know
what thread it is. These threads have the full
pitch depth set at Z0 so when you merge them into your program
you just give it an X_Location,
Y_Location and Z Depth. I used the
Create / Curves / Helix feature to make these.
Evidently your using the thread.mcl macro to get
the TM_angle. I believe that is the Thread Mill Start Angle.
