Todd, It would be really hard to say by viewing in email only. You may have already tried it, but turn Sharing off and see what happens. If permissions are set on the server and Smartcam is installed on a network machine, disconnect from the server and try to save. I started with Version 7 and never saw your specific version. Have you asked this in the Smartcam User Group? Some real old timers are there and may know the application first hand. I will cc this to the group and see if someone can help. Michael
