Saul: Open your smf file in Machine Define and in the question list, look for "Integer numeric format" (Should be question #9) . Change the format to D3.5 and you will get 5 decimal place code. I don't think a 5th decimal place is going to solve your problem and I'm not sure I understand your inch - metric issue. Are you programming in inch and coding in metric? Does the Japax have inch and metric mode or will it only work with metric input? What wire diameter are you using and what is the smallest inside radius you are using on your rough and finish cuts?
