The main files you need to copy are the .ini files out of windows. Smartcam.ini, Edplus.ini, comm.ini & Machdef.ini those three files have all you need for the resource file. the other smartcam files should have been in the sm9cfg\home\ directory but as we all know the install program didn't always put them there. Let me know if you need the files that may be on your root drive.

I have the license code (well I have authorization anyway, because the license code must be generated new for each machine) and I have the hardware key so I don't think the error is license related.
