Advanced wire will do what you want with no problem. There is already a code generator on the cd for Charmilles. To cut quadrants you just need to answer 0 to question 95 in the .SMF file

Previously I used AutoCAD and had to manually break the arcs at the quadrants and import as DXF into BobCAD where I did my tooling path. My problem is that now I am using GenMach from SDRC and I could not get a post that worked. When I tried Breaking the Arcs in SDRC's Master Drafting as I used to do in AutoCAD I got unacceptable results. To make a "short story long" I am looking now into SmartCAM Advanced Wire EDM to see if I can get a post that will work without having to manually break the arcs into different segments.
