Hello guys! I am looking for a SmartCAM post for a Charmilles andrews EF930 Wire EDM. The problem I have had is that this machine does not accept one arc crossing two different quadrants. Previously I used AutoCAD and had to manually break the arcs at the quadrants and import as DXF into BobCAD where I did my tooling path. My problem is that now I am using GenMach from SDRC and I could not get a post that worked. When I tried Breaking the Arcs in SDRC's Master Drafting as I used to do in AutoCAD I got unacceptable results. To make a "short story long" I am looking now into SmartCAM Advanced Wire EDM to see if I can get a post that will work without having to manually break the arcs into different segments.
