William, There are probably more elegant ways to do this but, my first inclination would be to always set single tool jobs as Tool #99 or something like that. Then in the Code Generator .tmp file I would write some logic that says if tool<> 99 do the regular stuff, If tool =99 then do something different or nothing at all.
