Hello All, Does any have a problem losing the ability to snap. We have two new Dell workstations running win 2000 with FFM 11.0 and PT 11.1 Machines are identical. One has this problem and one does not. The only way to fix this is to close Smartcam and re open it. Then after a while it starts acting up again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
