I am limited to making molds so Turning was never purchased

Greetings,   First off I would like to commend you on a fine website. It is very valuable for us Smartcam users left out to hang. I have been using SC since V5.0 and still prefer it anything I have seen for what we do. My main reason for this email is the following. I am using production turning V11.5 and have recently notice that when I use Groove_Rough I do not get a finish pass along the contour of the groove profile like I believe I used to get. All the system generates is a series of groove plunges with no clean up pass to equalize remaining stock on X & Z. I have checked all Tech Notes and the User Group archives with no luck other then Tech Note #166 when they did a major change on the roughing routines. I have sent you a pm4/jos example file. Notice the groove profile cut along contour. Remove tool 3 geometry and regenerate od rough groove using layer 2 as groove profile and layer 1 as material profile and you will see what I mean. This file was made in April of '98. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Keep up the good work!   Len
