I've sent you a file called VOLUMEID.EXE in ZIP format This file will edit your Volume Serial Number to anything you choose, BUT you must make sure to record the Volume Serial Number BEFORE you re-format your drive. Also make sure to record your current SmartCAM License Keys -- these are directly tied to your Hard Drive's current S/N
The VOLUMEID.EXE file should be in your root directory and executed from a command prompt with the following syntax: VOLUMEID C: ABCD-1234 Where ABCD-1234 is the Serial Number that your recorded and "C" is the drive your are loading SmartCAM on.
