Hi All, We have a G&L mill/turn that we do a lot of drilling on, but sometimes we have to offload parts to a vertical machining center for these operations. What we usually do is transfer the PM4 file from one machine to the other. One little glitch is that we have to re-build the JOF file every time, due to the fact that the mill/turn is built in the ADV TURN module, while the VMC programs are built using the ADV MILL module. Does anyone have any ideas on how to transfer from ADV TURN to ADV MILL without rebuilding the JOF file every time?
Also, I am curious: We have noticed an upturn of work in the industrial/nuclear pump industry. Is anyone else out there experiencing an increase in work? Just wondering if things are picking up in general... sure hope so, my IRA index funds have been hurting long enough. Hope all is well with everyone.
