[mfg-smartcam] v11.5 cam noconnect

Anyone have the solution for camconnect v11.5 to translate R14 dwgs saved in release 14 or that are saved as R14 in R2000?  I downloaded the patch for v11.5 acadcnv.zip that was supposed to be an update of 9/98 but it is dated 5/98 when unzipped.  I can't bring in dwgs unless they are actually saved as R13 in R13.
