May not be the quickest or easiest way but it works in a pinch.  Bring the jpg into AutoCad, trace over the image with a contrasting line color and the scale the resulting file to the size you want, save as dxf.  I found that 3point arcs and lines work the best to trace with.    HTH John     CBR Industries, Inc.
