Yes and no. Yes, you do need to convert sh3 files to pm4 before running a batch process on the Cam Connection. No, you don't need to manually convert them. Attached is a macro, CONVERT.MCL, that I wrote years ago when I updated my company from v4.5 to v11.5. It converts sh2 and sh3 shape files to pm4.
