I don't put in any points for tool change. With SMF #69 set to 0, graphically the tool retracts to the clear value at every tool change. In the template file people usually have some kind of "home" command output to code. If no clear is set, the tool graphically changes on the profile, but the template file forces the spindle "home" in the code.

All other milling tools are shown rapiding from the end of the previous tools profile without retracting. It retracted after the rapid and then down to z level at feed. The file is coding correctly, but not showing properly in Show Cut or Show Path. So I have no visual verification. I did read under question #69 that a point must be placed. But placing a point at the end of each mill profile will effect the code output, no? When they reach the start point, a rapid move up to the clearance plane is shown followed by a feed move back down to the z level. Clearance and profile top are turned on for all profiles. This does not happen with hole operations, such as drilling. The drill is shown with a rapid move to the hole at the clearance plane. What could I be doing wrong and how can I view an accurate representation?
