Chris,

First check in the "Planner" section of your application ini (i.e. ffm.ini)
file for the path to the "StepListFormatFile".

[Planner]
StepListFormatFile=C:\Sm9\mill\josdef\MSTEPLST.FMT

Then make sure the file in that path exists.

If it does, it may have been corrupted. There is usually a backup file
"MSTEPLST.OLD" that you can copy and then change the "OLD" extension to
"FMT".

Otherwise I have attached a copy of my default step list format file you can
try.

NOTE: You may encounter additional error messages after you address this
one, depends on the condition of the other support files.

Subject: [mfg-smartcam] Error 10010: cannot start SmartCam
Importance: High

Hi all,
We had a brown out here at work, and since then SmartCam will not run on one
of our pc's. Everything else on this pc works fine. When I try to start
SmartCam, I get the following error:

10010: The Step List Format File has a fatal error in it. Cannot continue.

I backed up my smartcam.ini & pmill.ini files and tried re-installing the
software, to no avail. I then deleted the Josdef folder, tried re-installing
the software again, and still had no success.

Any ideas?
