Bill, Go to http://www.rhino3d.com/tutorials.htm Click on "Troubleshooting IGES files (8.5x11 or A4)". This will open in Adobe and on page 4 there is a section on "CATIA"
Export your file from Rhino using IGES Type 143 or 144 and see which one works best for you. I had the best results with IGES Type 144.
