If you're referring to the standard prompts for variables, I don't think you have control over those.  The PROMPT and PAUSE dialogs and dialogs created using CTK can be positioned.  You can get around all those prompts for unassigned variables by creating a CTK dialog that launches when you start the macro.  In this way, you can enter all the variable info in one dialog and avoid the prompts during execution.

Hello group,
 
When executing a macro the question box always pops up in the middle
of the screen. I can set the PAUSE command to LR=50, LC=80, SR=2, SC=5, PT=1
for controlling where it pops up for the initial macro opening but after that
it always defaults to the middle of the screen 
Is there a way to get all the question boxes to come up in a differant location?
