I can't offer you much help.
The documentation (ffm.hlp) skips from error 6460 to 6468:
6460: Geometry Problem (Element #n)
6468: The Extend value is negative. Enter a positive number.
You may have a corrupt surface somewhere.
Some suggestions to try locating or eliminating the problem:
Selectively group surfaces within successively smaller areas
(halves, quadrants, eighths, etc...) and attempt to surface
machine then separately. This may help identify a problem
area.
Merge the surfaces into a new pm4 file. This may purge any
corrupt surfaces.
Export the surfaces to iges and import them into a new file.
This may purge any corrupt surfaces.
I'm not currently running Free Form, so there may be better
solutions from current Free Form users in the group.

Hi guys,
Using Free-Form, trying to use PROCESS / SURFACE MACHINING / ROUGHING on 645
surfaces, I'm getting a box pop-up that says, "6462 Internal error #1".
This box can't be acknowledged, I have to 'escape' about twenty times or
Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out. I've tried re-booting, using a different tool etc.
Is 645 too many surfaces?
Any ideas?
