Bob,

The +T and -T can be deviations from the actual radius in some cases, from the measured in others.

If the CMM software used allowed you to input the actual X, Y and radius, then the deviation would most likely be from the actual. Some software allows you to specify which way you want it.

If the CMM software simply located and measured the hole, then it would have to be the deviation from the measured.

Most CMM software requires you to input the X, Y and Radius (or Diameter), and the deviations output are from actual.

What kind of ways does your mill have? Square or round, roller packs or plastic lined? Is it an expensive mill?
