John,

We've used the Albrecht milling chucks for awhile now with great success for carbide end mills and thread mills. Our older machines can't do the 10,000 rpm, at 90 ipm but we can do around 8,000 rpm at 60 ipm with good results.
The Albrecht APC milling chuck uses specially coated collets to provide holding power up to four times that of shrink-fit and hydraulic toolholder systems. Runout is guaranteed to be less than 0.00012" TIR at 2.5X diameter. The Albrecht APC is offered in two size ranges—3-14 mm and 12-20 mm. Both inch and metric size collets are available from stock. Endmills are easily changed on the APC with the supplied hex key. Coolant-thru capability is standard on all models. Albrecht Inc. These chucks are also much cheaper than Sandvik or Schunk.
