Hi guys, I'm sure I must have done this before but....
When generating code for a machine the file name is, for instance, C:\TAPES\1234.NC the .NC is required for DNC software. In the second line of the template file :#FILE therefore outputs :1234.NC How do I 'strip' the .NC off so that :1234 is output in the code whilst the file name remains 1234.NC?
