I am running Windows XP home edition and I just install Smartcam v.11.1 and I have a problem with Smartcam freezing when I use "" Keep Defaults..."" option. When I do changes in the job planner and hit exit SmartCam exits without any warning "" Do you want to save the changes?"". There was a post a while ago about stopping some processes like CTFMON.EXE, etc.. Recently I changed my work place and I couldn't manage to take my messages from the user group, so if someone can send me this info again?
