I just heard about a piece of software from one of our MIS (Management Information Systems) personnel after been asked about my requirements for them to upgrade my box to Windows XP operating system. As they said from past upgrades (hardware and software) that my box was a “complex” case.
Naturally I mentioned SC V11.5 and DOS V4.5 and that is when she mentioned the possibility of VMWare.
This piece of software sounds like a viable solution for SmartCAM “legacy” software problems that are encountered when migrating to a new Windows operating system.
Just wondering if anybody from the group has ever heard and/or used this software.
