Hi, 1. Make sure the WAN interface is set for DHCP and the network cables are run exactly as you want them to be. 2. Power down both the router and the cable modem. 3. Wait 30 sec's and power up the cable modem only. 4. After the modem is fully booted up, power up the router. 5. Make sure your pc has a connection to the router and see if you can surf the web or ping a 5-9's site (yahoo, google, etc...)
