There's an xls file link at the bottom listing what this gentleman found
when cross referencing protocols to patents, from a court case involving
Microsoft.  Tom Kemp put a lot of work into that document, weeding through
all the patents & protocols submitted by MS in a court case.  Hopefully
we'll be seeing a lot of products entering the OSS arena soon...
