www.batteryrefill.com My grandfather and my uncle have been sending batteries to the above url to have them "refilled". They've gotten functional batteries back, so despite the web design they're apparently not scammers. Basically it looks like they're just replacing the cells inside. I certainly have a few dead batteries I'd rather pay less to have "refilled" than buy new ones, but what with batteries exploding these days, I was wondering if more knowledgeable people here could give me any advise on if this sort of thing is safe or stupid?
