Well ever since I installed the nvidia drivers with envy it has been displaying some special effects. This morning when I turned on my computer none of my windows had title bars, running "metacity --replace" fixed this, but I no longer had my little effects, so I tried running "compiz --replace" and it behaved the way I'm used to seeing it. I never actually intentionally installed or ran compiz before, so I'm just assuming. ;-) I'll check out that link, though. -- John D.
