MPlayer and lsdvd are just two examples of programs which will treat a directory with contents similar to a DVD as a DVD. Virtually any program which deals with video DVDs should have similar functionality. There isn't really anything special about the DVD physical media or device. Try pointing your program at either the directory containing the DVD contents, the VIDEO_TS directory in said directory, or the first .vob file inside the VIDEO_TS directory.
Otherwise you may want to post the names of the specific programs you are trying to use to see if anybody has experience with them. ____________________________ Sean O'Connor http://seanoc.com On Thu, Jun 12, 2008 at 3:12 PM, John Mort <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > On Thu, Jun 12, 2008 at 3:02 PM, Mike Kershaw <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Most programs can take a dvd directory structure.
