Be very paranoid.

Many years ago when RS6000 came with 320 meg 3.5" drives I fitted one of
the 1st 1 Gig 3.5" drives into the metal mount for a 320 meg drive.   I
didn't notice the PCB contacting the metal but the owner of the machine
did as his case was smoking :-(.  Having a drive screw mount slot right
next to a PCB with no offset is dumb design.  Interestingly there was
nothing wrong with the machine or the disk drive.
