Huh.  I don't recall ever seeing a device being moved like that while it was
still connected.  It sounds like a bug to me.

But then again for SAN stuff I just put the WWID in the multipath config
with a friendly name and never pay attention to the "raw" /dev/sd* devices
after that.  So it could be happening when coworkers play with LUNs and I'd
never notice. :)
