Will do, thanks. If it works, I assume that I'll have to change /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base and put that driver in place of whatever the modprobe statement loads. Any other config I should perform? Are you happy with the sound quality? Many forums have comments about how running the SB24 with that driver gives very bad sound quality, full of cracks and noise.
