At February's meeting I was asked if there was an editor or an IDE for
Qt 4 that offered code completion. The newly released Qt 4.5 no
includes an IDE that does this, called "Qt Creator", which is
available at least for Ubuntu 5.04 and 7.04 32-bit and 64-bit along
with Windows XP SP2, Vista, and Mac OS X.
Also in this release there's been a licensing change, and now Qt is
triple licensed that now includes the LGPL. This allows dynamically
linking to Qt 4.5 libraries without requiring making source code
available if for some reason that's needed.
