Hello,
I like to start playing with an Android phone device but I have almost
no cellphone reception where I live/work.
I'm looking for an Android phone without a cell network and I'm hoping I
can use voip over wi-fi with it.
I did some googling and nothing interesting came up.
Does anyone know where I can buy one?
