Thanks for the concern, but the seems to be no long-term problem.
Occasionally there will be a persistent problem with one item from one
site-- for example watching "Liar Liar" streaming on Netflix, but not with
other items on other days.

And the problem on that day did appear to continue even after I had powered
off the box doing the streaming.
