Ok since most if not all did not think a 1 watt, 1Ghz 512Mb PC could do
anything except maybe keep time or add 1+1
I think that topic is done.

On different topic but related to Hard Ware I do have a current need for 3-5
terminal PC's that is there role is limited to:

   1. Web Browsing ( Flash, audio, video, web cam, online meetings, etc. )
   2. OpenOffice work

Has anyone worked with a small fan-less PC that can be attached on to the
back of a 19" LCD monitor?
Best speed per watt is what I need that is something in the range of 25-75W
but running 1.2-2Ghz
Lastly it needs to be $99 at most $150 ( anyone can find one's at $300 )

The mission is to deploy "Green" access terminals so that patrons can look
up information without using a 1998 PC that uses 300w or more ( when you add
in the CRT )
