Did you check FastStone IV 4.2
http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDownload.htm for Viruses or other
malware as reported by Mark...."Warning on Fast Stone!!!! I downloaded
it to loook it over and it came complete with a virus that prevents you
from installing or uninstalling any programs."

I usually test new Windows apps on a Clean WinXP HardDrive and if have
any problems just wipe it and start over.

Have been using FastStone Apps for a long time and have never had any
problems downloading from their website so have been very lax recently
but it has not triggered any messages by my current malware software.  

Would be interested if anyone else can replicate Marks problems.
