I had run it in the past without problems. I am guessing that I got it from a Wolf in sheep's Clothing site that purported to be the Fast Stone Site but was not.
It is possible that if you download it from a reputable site, you would have no problems. But I went back to single booting Ubuntu so I can't be of further help.
