There have been several times when email edict has been brought up such as people quoting whole conversations rather than just the item in question. Or top / bottom replies and which is best. I just wanted to point out at least from what I have found I cannot control these settings on my gmail account with my Droid. My iPod touch would quote but I could just delete what I didn't want to quote. On my Droid I have not found a way to do this. I have used other clients and webmails that did other odd or nuisance behavior. So while it may be annoying for some it may be beyond the control of others or at least not intuitive. If anyone knows how to correct this on a Droid it would be greatly appreciated.
