My only input would be to run things like a review boards @ IBM in that we share roles as people have time. Thus we can run in a fashion of electing people to the board and thus assigning duties to people for certain months. People resign as they do not have time to commit at all etc. This way I can offer to run meetings or other tasks when scouts does not demand 80% of my time. Also this should allow Sean to still do what he does, allowing others to fill in when he is needed elsewhere or a break or all of the above.
