The way it works on my phone [LG-VN50] is that contacts are directly in the phone's memory, but can be copied to or imported from a microSD card, and any information on the microSD card can be copied/imported with a computer via USB or bluetooth. [Including a computer running Linux.] Some other non-smart phones I've recently seen seem to work this same way. > > And, what qualifies as "decent"? > > - address book? > > - calendar? > > - keyboard? > > by "non-smartphone", in my case, I'm talking about having some basic > clamshell or candybar phone that does just that; make phone calls.
