Just adding my $.02

Hudson Buffet would work for me because That's a lot closer for me ( I work in peekskill) making the lug lunches accessible, while the current Location is a bit far even for a "long lunch" break from work.

There is an oriental buffet just south of Wallmart on route nine... the

That'd be an hour+ for me and 30+ in travel for most everyone else,
unfortunately. I think that probably takes it off the list.

Central pok / rte 9 near IBM isn't great for everyone but it's probably
the most central option we've got with the best chance of getting
people.

The quality of food at "Orient Buffet" has been going down hill for
some time.
My personal opinion of it is that of maybe a high school caf.
Spending $10 for sub-par food is a problem for me, I feel we can do
better.
