Just adding my $.02
Hudson Buffet would work for me because That's a lot closer for me ( I
work in peekskill) making the lug lunches accessible, while the current
Location is a bit far even for a "long lunch" break from work.

That'd be an hour+ for me and 30+ in travel for most everyone else,
unfortunately. I think that probably takes it off the list.
Central pok / rte 9 near IBM isn't great for everyone but it's probably
the most central option we've got with the best chance of getting
people.
