The current LUG lunch started as something because there were a lot of
us here in Poughkeepsie for work, so in it's current incarnation it will
probably stay within 5 minutes of the IBM site.
That being said, if there is interest in creating LUG Lunch South by
folks that are located around Fishkill, or anywhere else, I'd highly
encourage that, and we could provide an avenue for advertising it here
(and stick it on the Calendar).

Hudson Buffet would work for me because That's a lot closer for me ( I
work in peekskill) making the lug lunches accessible, while the current
Location is a bit far even for a "long lunch" break from work.

That'd be an hour+ for me and 30+ in travel for most everyone else,
unfortunately. I think that probably takes it off the list.
Central pok / rte 9 near IBM isn't great for everyone but it's probably
the most central option we've got with the best chance of getting
people.

Something happen at orient buffet?
The quality of food at "Orient Buffet" has been going down hill for
some time.
My personal opinion of it is that of maybe a high school caf.
Spending $10 for sub-par food is a problem for me, I feel we can do
better.
