First, I want to say this has been an incredible year for MHVLUG. We've
seen attendance up at a level that we've not had since the first year of
the organization, and we've had what I believe to be one of the best
speaker schedules in years. This all is because this stopped being a one
man show and that we've got a group of dedicated officers making sure
things get done. I can't thank these folks enough.
So with that, it's that time a year again, time to nominate and elect
the 2012 slate of officers. We can always use people with energy and
commitment to keep this group as such a high quality technical resource
for the mid hudson valley.
There are 4 positions open for nomination:
* President
* Program Director
* Publicity
* Historian
If you are interested in taking on any of these roles, or have someone
else you'd like to nominate for these roles, please contact me.
Nominations are open from now until the November meeting, when all the
nominations will be announced for elections in December.
