I have never done this but have heard of others doing Weekly Schedules
with Excel but prefer to use an open source, platform independent app
such as Open Office.
Also the Weekly Schedule updates will most likely be done by non tech
volunteers so this aspect is more important than ease of setup.
Appreciate any suggestions or tips!
I'd personally look away from a local solution and to something you can
do in the cloud with just a web browser. That will ensure that you don't
have platform issues.
