A local nonprofit would like to setup a weekly volunteer schedule. I have never done this but have heard of others doing Weekly Schedules with Excel but prefer to use an open source, platform independent app such as Open Office.
Also the Weekly Schedule updates will most likely be done by non tech volunteers so this aspect is more important than ease of setup. Appreciate any suggestions or tips!
