I'll miss Postfix's logging but I guess that I can use Wireshark instead.

You can route via your ISP using Postfix, it's just that you have to go outbound via your ISP. I had to switch a few years ago. It's not difficult. In fact, I was first doing it via sendmail, and postfix is much easier.
