I've had this problem with the Autorotor. I drill a hole through the front spacer, pulley, steel pulleys and into the cast timing belt guide for a roll pin. It takes the stress off the bolts and the sloppy holes in the pulley. You will notice the stock pulleys have a pin that does the same thing. It cured my problem of shearing bolts. Les apexautoeng.com
