Tomorrow I'm getting ready to permeably install the Pitcrew rear clip
overlay. The Japanese instructions say use double face tape which I will not
do.

I purchased some nice 3M 90 minute cure panel bonding epoxy which I'm sure
will do a great job. What concerns me is if I'm ever in an accident then I'll
basically have to grind the clip away as the epoxy is just too strong to
break.

I've heard of using windshield urethane which is interesting because if I
need to remove a portion of the clip I can just use piano wire or dental floss
to break the seal. I can imagine it holding up fine but I'm concerned of
slight movements of the flexible urethane cracking the bondo blends at the
door
and rockers.

Use Epoxy or Urethane?

Randy
